Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Change Management Lead/Specialist to drive adoption and sustainable upskilling across a large-scale supply chain transformation. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, with travel to onsite locations about once per month and PST hours.

You will develop and execute change-management plans, assess impact, map processes, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to ensure successful implementation and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated change-management experience for technology/process transformations.
• Hands-on execution of adoption and training initiatives.
• Strong process-mapping capabilities.
• Ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change-management plans for technology and process transformation.
• Assess impact across stakeholder groups for new systems and processes.
• Map current-state and future-state processes to facilitate transitions.
• Develop tailored approaches for diverse user groups to adopt new technologies and workflows.
• Create and execute user adoption, training, and upskilling initiatives.
• Coordinate program communications, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Partner with program, business, and technology leaders to align objectives.
• Identify change risks and mitigation plans.
• Support go-live readiness and overall implementation.
• Measure adoption rates and adjust change activities as required.
