World Vision is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence. You will translate business investments into value-led digital capabilities and oversee end-to-end delivery from intent through readiness for adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in agile or hybrid delivery models. This remote role supports global operations and partner coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams across complex initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the full value chain from validated requirements to operational readiness.
• Coordinate activities across Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and Change & Adoption.
• Ensure robust governance, reporting, and risk management to enable successful adoption.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams and external partners.
