Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive business transformation and digital adoption initiatives in a complex environment. You will develop strategies, messaging, and trainings while partnering with senior leaders to ensure alignment and engagement across functions.

The role focuses on translating technical concepts for business audiences, managing readiness and adoption, and delivering executive updates. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change management and transformation programs.
• Ability to lead initiatives in complex environments with legacy systems and established cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leadership and executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, translating technical concepts for business audiences.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing change strategies, communication plans, training materials, and adoption programs.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a business-focused approach.
• Ability to identify risks, manage resistance, and drive adoption across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for business transformation, technology implementation, and digital adoption programs.
• Drive change initiatives from a business and analytics perspective, ensuring alignment with objectives and priorities.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, training programs, and adoption initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to build alignment, manage expectations, and drive engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for non-technical audiences.
• Assess readiness, identify resistance, and address adoption barriers, especially with legacy systems.
• Develop and deliver executive presentations and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and implementation.
• Drive user engagement and adoption of new technologies, tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Identify risks and adoption challenges, escalating to leadership as needed.
• Monitor readiness, training effectiveness, engagement, and adoption outcomes to identify improvements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other enterprise tech.
