Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Digital Adoption Manager to lead the rollout of new technology across its Real Estate & Construction operations. Remote work with collaboration across Operations, Product and Technology teams will define how tools are implemented and used for daily tasks and longer-term efficiency.

The role emphasizes change management, training, and strong cross-functional cooperation to enable teams to embrace new ways of working.

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Adoption Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will drive the adoption of new technology across operational teams, ensuring digital tools are implemented in a way that supports day-to-day execution and long-term efficiency. You will partner closely with business leaders, Product and Technology teams, and Learning and Development to guide rollouts, training, and user enablement. The ideal candidate brings a blend of change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational understanding to help teams successfully embrace new ways of working.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $112,400 – $149,800 annually
