The ALS Association is seeking a Development Manager to drive revenue through the Walk to Defeat ALS, events, major gifts, and grants. The role focuses on Arkansas-based constituents with statewide travel and a remote work arrangement, collaborating with the Development team to advance fundraising goals.

You will build strong donor relationships, guide volunteers and teams, and analyze fundraising data to surface opportunities while coordinating with Marketing for outreach and materials.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2–5 years in development, fundraising, or sales.
• Experience planning and leading development events with volunteers.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, collaborative, and able to work in teams.
• Proven ability to advance fundraising through an integrated approach.
• Travel up to 25% and own transportation with a valid license.
