The ALS Association is seeking a Development Manager to drive revenue across Arkansas through Walk to Defeat ALS, events, and major gifts. You will build relationships with constituents and coordinate statewide fundraising efforts while supporting care services and outreach programs.

Remote role with travel up to 25% within the state, requiring own transportation and flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of fundraising experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–5 years in development, sales or fundraising.
• Experience planning and leading development events with volunteers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in teams and travel up to 25%,

Responsabilités

• Develop fundraising strategies to drive revenue and manage budgets.
• Grow corporate partnerships including proposals, commitments, stewardship and retention.
• Represent The ALS Association at community events.
• Create fundraising materials and outreach presentations.
• Mentor participants and Team Captains in fundraising planning.
• Analyze event data to forecast revenue and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support local events.
