The ALS Association is seeking a Development Manager to drive revenue through the Walk to Defeat ALS, community events, major gifts, and grants across Arkansas. The role focuses on engaging constituents, building relationships, and supporting statewide events to fund programs and services.

You will work with the Development team to create proposals, manage events, and use fundraising data to forecast opportunities. Travel and flexible scheduling are required to support statewide initiatives.

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to articulate persuasively.
• Loves working with people and building relationships to advance fundraising.
• Experience planning, leading, and managing development events, including volunteer coordination.

Responsabilités

• Develop engagement and fundraising strategies to drive revenue and manage budgets.
• Grow corporate partnerships with proposals, stewardship, and retention.
• Represent the association at community events to raise awareness of programs and services.
• Collaborate on presentations and fundraising materials for outreach activities.
• Mentor participants to develop personal and team fundraising plans.
• Analyze fundraising data to forecast revenue and identify opportunities.
