Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, event management, volunteer development and management, public relations, donor cultivation and relations, corporate sponsor cultivation.
• Proficient in online fundraising platforms; ability to run reports and analyze data for strategic outreach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize events.

Responsibilities

• Implement a plan to meet an income portfolio goal of $600,000 across fundraising events including Boston Walk to Defeat ALS.
• Recruit, steward, and retain committee chairs/members and build relationships with community partners.
• Coordinate with Event Experience team to manage logistics, printing, and promotional materials.
• Operate within budgetary guidelines and collaborate with Care Services and MarCom teams.
• Engage the public and represent the organization at community events.
