Job summary
The American Heart Association is seeking a Development Coordinator (Temporary), a remote, non-exempt hourly role based in the Northeast (New Hampshire posting). Qualifications
- At least three years’ experience in administrative work, project coordination, and/or event management systems with strong attention to detail.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in event planning and management; proficient with Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
- Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills; advanced level preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with directors and volunteers to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely, knowledgeable manner.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Data entry, reporting, and support for Directors/Sr. Directors.
