Qualifications

• 3+ years in administrative work, project coordination, or event management systems with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with directors and volunteers to maintain open communication and ensure objectives are met.
• Maintains high service levels by responding to inquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, and documentation timely, including meeting minutes.
• Work independently and in teams on projects and nonrecurring tasks.
• Enter, maintain, and report on donor data, payments, events, and prospect details.
