American Heart Association is seeking a Development Coordinator-Temporary to support School Fundraising through the Kids Heart Challenge. This remote, part-time role (25 hours/week) involves data entry, donor records, coordinating with the fundraising team, and school outreach.

The position begins November 30, 2026 and runs through May 2027, offering laptop and behind-the-scenes support to the RVP and Development Directors.

Formación

• Three years’ experience in administrative work, project coordination, and/or event management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with data entry and reporting tools.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; testing may apply.
• Team collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data management systems a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet regularly with directors and volunteers to maintain open communication and objectives.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, knowledgeable manner.
• Perform other duties to support Directors/Sr. Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Vice Presidents.
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
• Work independently and in teams on projects.
