Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design dream wedding getaways worldwide. You’ll transform couples’ visions into travel plans, from flights and hotels to group logistics, while guiding them through the booking journey with care.

This role offers fully remote, flexible hours, and comprehensive onboarding. Prior wedding, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus, but training is provided; growth opportunities exist in Caribbean, Europe, and luxury group

Qualifications

• Experience in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus but not required.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans (flights, hotels, transfers, activities).
• Understand couple's vision, budget, and destination preferences to propose tailored options.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, including payments and room blocks.
• Handle questions and changes with professionalism from booking to post-travel follow-up.
• Enhance celebrations with add-ons like excursions and honeymoon ideas.
• Provide pre-departure support, on-trip assistance, and post-wedding follow-up.
