Job summary

Elite Escapes seeks a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design bespoke wedding travel plans, coordinating flights, resort stays, transfers, cruises, and honeymoon extensions for couples worldwide.

You will connect with couples to capture their wedding vision, budget, and priorities, present tailored options, guide bookings, manage group logistics and payments, and provide pre-departure, on-trip, and post-wedding support to create unforgettable memories.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to organize multiple moving pieces, including guest lists and payment schedules.
Willingness to learn new tools, including CRMs, supplier portals, and booking platforms.
Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus.
Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

Design customized destination-wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and honeymoons.
Connect with couples to understand their wedding vision, guest needs, budget, and destination, then present tailored options and guide bookings.
Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, ensuring clear booking options and payment timelines.
Respond to questions and changes with professionalism, including payments, upgrades, guest additions, and special requests.
Elevate celebrations with romantic excursions, welcome experiences, and memorable wow moments.
Support clients from initial consultation through travel, including pre-departure, on-trip, and post-wedding follow-up.
