Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design and coordinate dream weddings worldwide. You will craft itineraries covering flights, resorts, transfers, and excursions while guiding couples from vision to confirmed bookings.

Role emphasizes warm consultative sales, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction, with full remote flexibility and scalable growth opportunities in Caribbean, luxury, or group travel segments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces (guest lists, room options, payment schedules).
• Willingness to learn new tools including CRMs and booking platforms.
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans (flights, stays, transfers, excursions).
• Understand couples’ wedding vision, budget, and destination; present tailored options and guide bookings.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups and payment timelines.
• Respond to questions and changes with professionalism and care.
• Elevate celebrations with romantic experiences and honeymoon ideas.
• Support clients from consultation through travel, including pre-departure and post-wedding follow-up.
