Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to turn couples' wedding dreams into seamless travel experiences. Design customized destination wedding plans, coordinate groups, manage payment timelines, and guide clients from vision to confirmed bookings with warmth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces.
• Willingness to learn new travel tools (CRMs, portals, platforms).
• Background in weddings, sales, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus.
• Love for romance and celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and honeymoon extensions.
• Connect with couples to understand their wedding vision, guest needs, budget, preferred destination, and non-negotiables—then present tailored options and confidently guide them through booking.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, helping ensure guests have clear booking options, payment timelines, and support before departure.
• Respond to questions and changes with professionalism and care, including payments, room upgrades, guest additions, date changes, transfer needs, and special requests.
• Elevate each celebration with meaningful details: romantic excursions, welcome experiences, local activities, honeymoon ideas, and unforgettable wow moments for the couple and their guests.
