Elite Escapes seeks a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to turn couples' wedding dreams into unforgettable travel experiences. You will design bespoke travel plans, coordinate group bookings, and guide clients from idea to confirmed arrangements.

Design skills, customer service excellence, and a passion for travel are essential. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and ongoing coaching, with opportunities to specialize in Caribbean, Europe, or luxury celebrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is helpful but not required; full training provided.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills are essential.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces: guest lists, room options, payments, and group logistics.
• Willingness to learn new tools and travel platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and extensions.
• Connect with couples to understand their wedding vision, guest needs, budget, destination, and non-negotiables; present tailored options and guide bookings.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, ensuring clear options, payment timelines, and pre-departure support.
• Respond to questions and changes with professionalism, including payments, room upgrades, guest additions, date changes, and special requests.
• Elevate celebrations with romantic experiences, local activities, and honeymoon ideas.
• Support clients from initial consultation through travel, including pre-departure and on-trip assistance.
