Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design customized destination wedding trips and guide couples from the initial vision to confirmed bookings—whether beachfront, European, luxury resort, or group getaways.

You will assemble travel plans (flights, hotels, transfers, experiences), understand budgets and guest needs, present tailored options, coordinate group logistics, and provide pre-departure, on-trip, and post-wedding support with a warm, consultative

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces (guest lists, room options, payments).
• Willingness to learn new tools (CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms).
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and honeymoon extensions.
• Connect with couples to understand wedding vision, guest needs, budget, preferred destination, and non-negotiables—then present tailored options and confidently guide them through booking.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, helping ensure guests have clear booking options, payment timelines, and support before departure.
• Respond to questions and changes with professionalism and care, including payments, room upgrades, guest additions, date changes, transfer needs, and special requests.
• Elevate each celebration with meaningful details: romantic excursions, welcome experiences, local activities, honeymoon ideas, and unforgettable wow moments for the couple and their guests.
• Support clients from the initial consultation through travel, including pre-departure communication, on-trip assistance, and post-wedding follow-up.
