Job summary

Elite Escapes is hiring a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design personalized wedding travel itineraries, including flights, resorts, group blocks, transfers, and honeymoons. You will engage couples to capture their vision, needs, and budget, then present tailored options and guide them to bookings, coordinating group logistics.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for guiding couples through decisions.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces like guest lists, room options, and payment schedules.
• Willingness to learn new tools including CRMs, supplier portals, and booking platforms.
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans with flights, stays, group logistics, and extensions.
• Understand couples' wedding vision, budget, destination, and non-negotiables; present tailored options and guide bookings.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups ensuring clear options and payment timelines.
• Respond professionally to questions and changes, including payments, upgrades, guest additions, and special requests.
• Elevate celebrations with romance ideas, activities, and memorable experiences for couples and guests.
• Support clients from initial consultation through travel, including pre-departure and on-trip assistance.
