Job summary

Humana is hiring a Dental Inbound Contacts Representative. Working remotely, you will answer benefit questions, resolve concerns, and guide members and providers through next steps, reporting to the Inbound Contacts Supervisor as part of the Consumer Contacts team.

You will handle 40+ inbound calls daily, document interactions in internal systems, escalate as needed, and meet quality, productivity, and customer experience targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Experience documenting customer issues in detail.
• Experience evaluating requests across multiple systems and escalating when needed.
• Healthcare, dental or insurance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40+ inbound calls daily from members and providers.
• Address benefit questions, service issues, and general inquiries.
• Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances.
• Document interactions, actions, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex issues per guidelines.
• Identify issues requiring escalation and coordinate handoffs.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer experience expectations.
