Job summary

Humana is seeking a Dental Inbound Contacts Representative to join the remote Consumer Contacts team. You will be the first point of contact for members and providers, answering benefit questions, resolving concerns, and guiding next steps to ensure informed and supported experiences.

In this role, you will handle 40+ inbound calls daily in a back-to-back call center, document interactions in internal systems, escalate complex issues, and strive to meet quality, productivity, and customer

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation.
Experience using multiple systems to assess requests and escalate as needed.
Experience handling inbound calls in a contact-center environment.

Responsibilities

Handle 40+ inbound calls daily in a back-to-back call center.
Address member and provider needs including benefits questions and service issues.
Escalate unresolved customer grievances.
Document interactions, actions, and outcomes in internal systems.
Resolve routine to moderately complex issues following guidelines.
Identify issues requiring escalation and hand off to appropriate teams.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer experience targets.
