Humana, Inc. is seeking a Dental Inbound Contacts Representative to support members and providers remotely. You’ll answer benefit questions, resolve concerns, and guide members through next steps, delivering a high-quality experience from the first contact.

You will report to the Inbound Contacts Supervisor within the Consumer Contacts team. The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines, with a scheduled start for training and a shift following training in the Eastern Time

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Ability to document customer issues in detail across systems.
• Experience escalating issues based on severity.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40+ inbound calls daily in a back-to-back call center.
• Address benefit questions, service issues, and general inquiries.
• Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances.
• Document interactions, actions, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex issues per guidelines.
• Identify issues requiring escalation and hand off to relevant teams.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer experience goals.
