Motive is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to accelerate mid-market growth. You will own multi-channel demand programs, align with sales, and drive pipeline using ABM and AI-enabled optimization.

The role collaborates with Content, PMM, and Sales to map content to buyer journeys, maintain target accounts, and lead end-to-end campaigns across channels. Remote USA options available; in-office 2x/week in SF preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on ABM strategies including 1:Few and 1:Many.
• Experience partnering with sales teams (SDRs, AEs) to align campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo.
• Comfortable analyzing campaign data in Excel/Sheets and Tableau.
• Strong project management skills with Asana or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Location preference: Austin, TX, Nashville TN or San Francisco; remote USA considered.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, and optimize Programmatic ABM campaigns and full-funnel demand generation.
• Collaborate with Content, Customer Marketing and PMM to map content to buyer journeys.
• Maintain target account lists and guide messaging decisions by funnel stage.
• Partner with Marketing Operations for targeting accuracy and list hygiene.
• Develop campaign briefs with copy direction and design inputs aligned to buyer stages.
• Work with channel owners to launch campaigns across 6sense, LinkedIn, email, web, events.
