Motive is seeking a strategic marketer to lead Mid-Market demand-gen programs in the United States. You will own ABM and integrated campaigns across channels to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue for a fast-growing, multi-industry customer base.

You will partner with Content, PMM, and Sales to map content to buyer journeys, optimize programs with data, and enable SDRs and AEs with messaging, plays, and assets—while embracing AI to improve execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on ABM experience with 1:Few and 1:Many motions.
• Experience partnering with sales (SDRs, AEs) to align marketing campaigns with outbound and inbound motions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and optimize ABM and full-funnel campaigns across mid-market segments.
• Partner with Content Marketing, Customer Marketing and PMM to map content to buyer journeys and fill content gaps.
• Maintain target account lists and apply buyer funnel knowledge to inform targeting and messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate targeting and campaign setup.
• Develop campaign briefs and messaging that align to buyer journey stages.
• Drive channel execution with a focus on Web, LinkedIn, Display, Email, Events, and partnerships.
