Scion Staffing, Inc. is partnering with a leading consulting firm to hire a Delivery Lead. This fully remote role serves global client hours (Central Time aligned) and focuses on end-to-end delivery of Field Service Management implementations.

You will manage executive stakeholders, project financials, and cross-functional teams, guiding Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies. The position demands a senior PM with utilities industry experience and a proven delivery track record.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, program delivery, or IT implementation.
• 5+ years in delivery leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex implementations with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI/Data Warehouse integrations.
• Experience in utilities industry (electric, gas, water) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of FSM platform implementations, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain the program plan with milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Establish and govern delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; escalate with resolutions.
• Manage project financials including budget tracking, forecasting, and resource use.
• Ensure change management and governance throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as primary client contact for delivery matters and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Communicate progress and manage client expectations on scope and timelines.
• Drive escalation resolution balancing client satisfaction with constraints.
• Coordinate with Technical PM and Solution Architect to align design with requirements.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Oversee configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of the FSM platform.
• Ensure FSM supports core field ops like work orders, dispatch, mobile workforce, outages, asset/inventory, and compliance.
