mission-us is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery, defined scope, and quality outcomes across multiple workstreams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in delivery/project management or a related role.
• Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams with competing timelines.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, risk logs, and delivery docs.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience identifying risks, resolving delivery issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned products, services, and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate activities across technology, operations, business, vendor, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track deliverables, risks, and issues through completion.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, resource constraints, competing priorities, and potential delays.
• Develop mitigation plans and elevate delivery concerns to stakeholders.
• Partner with business and technology teams to clarify requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and refine processes to create more efficient and repeatable project delivery.
• Monitor resource utilization and communicate variances.
• Support vendor relationships by tracking deliverables and performance commitments.
• Participate in vendor performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates and dashboards.
