Qualifikationen

• Experience evaluating performance against standards, identifying gaps, and supporting improvement plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with cross-department collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage audit documentation and deadlines.
• Remote-work eligibility: must reside in approved states; eligible for fully remote work.

• Develop performance metrics and insights to evaluate delegated entity performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and document findings with recommended actions.

• Support preparation for DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation.
• Manage audit requests, track findings, and coordinate resolution activities.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams to align data.
• Provide analytical guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretation of results.
• Improve reporting workflows and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to broader oversight initiatives and strategic recommendations.
