Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience in healthcare/administration.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage complex analytical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and develop performance metrics to evaluate delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Produce reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure consistent reporting and oversight of delegated partners.
• Support state and federal audits (DHS, CMS) with data validation, documentation, and follow-up on findings.
• Investigate discrepancies through root-cause analysis and help maintain data consistency across programs.
