Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a client, seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst based in the United States. You will lead complex analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will develop metrics, produce reports, conduct comprehensive audits across delegated programs, and coordinate responses for DHS and CMS audits. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience are required; remote work is available for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional work experience relevant to auditing, analytics, or regulatory oversight.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Medicaid, SNP products, and government audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights for delegated entities.
• Analyze performance patterns and identify operational gaps across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and document findings with recommended actions.
• Support DHS and CMS audits with data validation and documentation.
• Coordinate audit responses with delegates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain cross-functional data integrity and provide guidance on reporting standards.
