Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst to lead audits and develop performance metrics for delegated healthcare oversight. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

The position collaborates across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams, supporting state and federal audits and ensuring high-quality, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop metrics.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights for delegated entity performance and compliance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct audits and oversee delegate performance against standards.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with internal teams.
• Coordinate government audit support (DHS and CMS) including data validation and documentation.
• Manage audit requests and provide timely, well-supported responses to inquiries.
• Strengthen data integration by aligning information across reports and tools.
• Provide analytical guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretation of results.
• Improve reporting workflows and tools for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to broader oversight initiatives with strategic analytical input.
