Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst in the United States to lead complex analytical initiatives that strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will transform data into actionable insights, develop metrics, and produce reports supporting decisions and continuous improvement. The role involves audits, DHS/CMS support, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure quality and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and develop metrics.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑department collaboration.
• Organizational skills with attention to audit documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently on complex analytical projects.
• Preferred: care coordination, Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, and Excel/Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights from delegated programs.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across services.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and document findings with actions.
• Drive corrective actions and monitor progress with stakeholders.
• Support DHS and CMS audit preparations, data validation, and reports.
• Manage audit responses, track findings, and coordinate resolutions.
• Align data across reports and tools; investigate discrepancies via root cause.
• Provide analytical guidance and best practices to colleagues.
• Improve reporting workflows and oversight processes.
