Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst located in the United States to lead complex analytical initiatives that strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will transform data into actionable insights, develop metrics and reports supporting strategic decisions and continuous improvement, collaborating with clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards, identifying compliance gaps, documenting findings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to audit documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products.
• Project management or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain performance metrics evaluating delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Produce reports translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and oversee delegate performance against contractual/regulatory standards.
• Coordinate government audits (DHS and CMS) including data validation and documentation.
• Manage audit requests and responses with internal stakeholders.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Provide guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretation of results.
• Contribute strategic recommendations to improve delegate oversight and program performance.
