Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and supporting improvement plans.
• Familiarity with Medicaid/SNP products and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight.
• Develop performance metrics and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Audit delegated programs and evaluate performance against contractual/regulatory standards.
• Support state and federal audit activities, data validation and documentation.
