Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain metrics to evaluate delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Produce reports and analyses translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive audits against contractual and regulatory standards and document findings.
• Collaborate to identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Provide guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and analytical methods.
