You will transform data into actionable insights, develop performance metrics, and support continuous improvement across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams.

The role involves audits, data validation, and support for state and federal audits (DHS, CMS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing/healthcare admin or equivalent with 5+ years in related work.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop metrics.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics and analytical insights for delegated performance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and document findings.
• Coordinate government audit support (DHS/CMS).
