Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst to lead complex analytical initiatives strengthening delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will transform data into actionable insights, develop metrics, and produce reports supporting decisions and improvements across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams. This fully remote role focuses on state/federal audits and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and reporting.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and supporting improvement plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Remote work eligibility in approved states.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights for delegated entity performance, quality, and compliance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with internal teams and partners.
• Coordinate government audit support for DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation.
• Manage audit requests, responses, and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration and investigate discrepancies through root-cause analysis.
• Provide analytical guidance on metrics, standards, and interpretation of results.
• Improve reporting workflows and tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Support broader oversight initiatives with strategic recommendations.
