Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst in the United States. You will lead complex audits, develop performance metrics, and strengthen regulatory compliance across delegated programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with audit readiness for state and federal reviews. You will analyze patterns, document findings, and propose improvements while coordinating with DHS/CMS activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration or related field; 5+ years of experience
• Experience with Medicaid and SNP products is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive audits across delegated programs and document findings
• Develop performance metrics and reports to support decision making
• Coordinate DHS and CMS audit preparations and data validation
• Respond to audit inquiries and support regulatory requests
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, compliance and analytics teams to improve oversight
