Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop metrics.
• Ability to manage complex analytical projects independently and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive audits of delegated programs across state and federal requirements.
• Develop performance metrics and reports to support improvement and oversight.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation.
• Coordinate responses to audit inquiries with delegates and internal teams.
• Identify performance gaps and drive cross-functional data integration and corrective actions.
