Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst to lead advanced analytics strengthening delegated healthcare oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. You will translate complex data into actionable reports and metrics to guide continuous improvement across paired clinical and analytics teams.

The role supports state and federal audit activities, develops performance insights, and enables data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare/administrative field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to document findings and support improvement plans.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain performance metrics evaluating delegated entity performance and compliance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and document findings with recommendations.
• Drive corrective actions and validate sustained progress.
• Support DHS and CMS audits including data validation and documentation collection.
• Manage audit requests and timely responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity.
• Provide analytical guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and results interpretation.
• Improve reporting workflows, oversight procedures, and analytical tools.
• Contribute strategic recommendations to strengthen delegate oversight and program performance.
