Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst to lead analytical initiatives strengthening delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights and develops reports to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure consistent reporting and robust oversight of delegated partners, as well as support DHS and CMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and identifying compliance gaps.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication across departments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to audit documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
• Remote work eligibility for approved states; US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights to evaluate delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with internal teams and delegated partners.
• Coordinate government audit support for DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation.
• Manage audit requests, track findings, and coordinate resolution activities.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration across reports and tools; investigate discrepancies.
• Provide analytical guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretation of results.
• Improve reporting workflows and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Support broader oversight initiatives with strategic recommendations.
