Job summary

Future seeks Health Coaches to guide members through personalized, data-informed plans across nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery. You’ll work 1:1 with a high-touch, virtual coaching model, leveraging AI tools and a data-driven approach to help members achieve durable behavior change.

You will operate as a 1099 independent contractor, with a remote role available to residents in approved states. Compensation is hourly and based on credentials, with a strong emphasis on empathy,

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• Associate degree or higher.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training.
• Proven high-volume caseload management.
• Experience with diverse member populations.
• Strong written communication.
• Strong verbal communication and presence.
• Comfort synthesizing health data across apps and wearables.

Responsibilities

• Own your members' experience end to end.
• Coach live and asynchronously.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans.
• Coach the person, not just the plan.
• Make the data useful with clinical guidance.
• Make progress visible.
• Help build and shape the program.
