Job summary

Bold New Solutions - BNS Power is hiring a Business Development Manager to own new logo acquisition and account growth across data center operators, hyperscalers, neoclouds, and Global 2000 enterprises. This hunter role sells complex infrastructure deployment programs, not hardware resale, with deals from $250K to multi‑million dollars, requiring credibility with data center leadership.

You will be supported by a Sales Engineer, delivery leadership, and a deal desk; travel 40–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years quota-carrying B2B sales, including 3+ years selling complex infra/services to data centers.
• Demonstrated record of new logo acquisition.
• Experience selling to hyperscale or colocation data center operators, neocloud or Global 2000 infra providers.
• Ability to travel 40–50% and engage across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluency with data center infrastructure: topology, cabling, and operational realities.

Responsibilities

• Own a named territory of data center operators and AI infra providers; build a plan with target accounts and quarterly objectives.
• Generate pipeline via direct outbound, industry relationships, site mapping, conferences, and referrals.
• Lead deal desk, pricing, and commercial terms to convert opportunities into signed engagements.
• Co-lead handoff to delivery and manage post-sale changes and expansions.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecast to support growth.
