Bold New Solutions (BNS Power) is hiring a Business Development Manager to own new logo acquisition and account growth across data center operators, hyperscalers, and AI compute providers. This hunter role sells complex infrastructure deployment programs with multi-year commitments, requiring credibility with data center ops, network engineering, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in data center, infrastructure, or related services.
• Proven track record of new logo acquisition.
• Experience selling to hyperscale or global enterprise operators and neocloud providers.
• Ability to travel 40–50% and operate across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with master services agreements, work orders, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own named territory of data center operators and AI compute providers; build a territory plan with targets and quarterly goals.
• Generate pipeline via outbound activity, industry relationships, mappings, conferences, and referrals; marketing leads supplement but do not define pipeline.
• Lead discovery to understand customer decision process, funding, and timeline; coordinate with Sales Engineer for technical scope.
• Direct pursuit team through solution development, estimating, and proposal construction; own commercial content and terms.
• Drive opportunities to close; manage the close plan and executive alignment; ensure deals are executable and profitable.
