Job summary

Hire with Reef is seeking an Outbound SDR to own the top of the funnel for a fast-growing cybersecurity company targeting $500,000 ARR across Australia and New Zealand. You will prospect into compliance-driven industries, book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers, and free the Founder to focus on closing and growth.

This is a high-activity outbound role with 80+ dials per day across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience.
• Proven ability to cold call and engage senior decision-makers in regulated or enterprise environments.
• Structured communicator who can clearly position value without jargon or over-explaining.
• Precise qualifier who understands ICP criteria and does not book outside of it.
• Self-managed with reliable follow-through on CRM hygiene and weekly reporting.
• Familiarity with Australian or New Zealand business culture is a strong advantage.
• Fully remote position.
• Clear ramp plan with defined milestones at Day 14, 45, and 90.
• Direct access to Founder with fast feedback loops on messaging and performance.
• Opportunity to grow into a senior SDR or team lead role as pipeline scales.
