Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests and providing timely, professional support. This remote role includes front-line customer service for Graybar.com and live chat assistance, with emphasis on customer satisfaction.

You will handle calls and written correspondence, assist in product selection, and coordinate service requests such as pricing, billing and claims, while supporting in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education.
