Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key liaison for customers, entering orders, handling requests, and delivering timely, courteous support.

You will engage with customers to ensure total satisfaction and act on inbound calls to sell Graybar goods and services. Responsibilities include order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and coordinating various service requests while providing product selection and application guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education, or 2/4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and handle customer requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence with follow-up on issues.
• Sell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide product selection and application support.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and credits.
