Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education required.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Enter orders and handle customer requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Take inbound and outbound customer calls and written correspondence with follow up on issues.
• Assist in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide product selection and application support.
• Coordinate order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credits and claims.
