Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; ability to handle diverse customer situations with tact.
• Experience in customer service and sales on inbound calls is preferred.
• Retail or counter sales exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, and in person to resolve requests.
• Enter orders and process quoting, pricing, and billing as needed.
• Assist customers with product selection and applications, and provide follow-up on issues.
