Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote role in the United States. You will be a key contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests and providing timely, professional, courteous support to ensure total customer satisfaction.

In this role you will respond to inquiries, assist with product selection, pricing, expediting, billing and claims, and coordinate service requests.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle diverse customer situations with tact.
• Retail or counter sales experience is preferred.
• High School education is required.
• Diploma is required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence professionally.
• Assist customers with product selection and application guidance.
