Graybar Electric Company, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to be a key contact ensuring total customer satisfaction.

You will interact with customers, enter orders, handle requests and provide timely, courteous support. You will handle calls and correspondence, support product selection, and coordinate service requests such as pricing, expediting, billing, and credits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• A passion for customer service.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• 6+ years experience preferred
• High School education
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and handle requests in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence with follow-up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims
