Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a primary liaison for customers, entering orders and handling requests with professionalism and courtesy. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, ensuring timely follow-up and support across product selection and application.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer experiences, inbound call selling, and coordination of service requests to maintain smooth order processing and satisfied customers.

Qualificações

• High School diploma required.
• 2/4 year degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
